Delivery:

All of our bakes are freshly baked and dispatched on Wednesday & Thursdays so they arrive to you perfect. (Please check the banner on our main page for the next dispatch dates)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.65

 

Freshness & Perishables

Our bakes are perishable - Cookies should be consumed within 4-5 days of delivery. Brownies should be consumed within 5-7 days upon delivery.

Please refrigerate in an airtight container upon arrival.

 

We delivery to the UK ONLY.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders:

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your cookies arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dirtydessertss@gmail.com or our instagram with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to make it right.

For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will raise an investigation with our courier on your behalf. Unfortunately once your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail and has been marked as delivered we hold no responsibility for parcels.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns for perishable items.
