No Returns on Perishable Items Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dirtydessertss@gmail.com with:

We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible and are unable to offer a refund. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of placing your order - however we do not allow cancellations 48 before the next dispatch date. before dispatch.
